Jocelyn A. Stotts began practicing family law with Barry Coplin in 2004 . Since then, the firm has grown to include her as a partner of Coplin, Hardy & Stotts, PLLC.
Ms. Stotts graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2001. In 2004, she graduated from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a Maurice C. Shapiro Public Service Fellow and a recipient of the Justice Thurgood Marshall Civil Liberties Award.
Ms. Stotts was admitted to practice in Arkansas and the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas in 2004, the District of Columbia in 2005, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in 2006
Ms. Stotts is presently a member of the Pulaski County and Arkansas Bar Associations. In 2008, she served as chairperson of the Family Law Section of the Arkansas Bar Association, and she is a fellow of the Arkansas Bar Foundation. She is president of the Collaborative Family Lawyers of Arkansas and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals. She has been a member of the Judge William R. Overton Inn of Court since 2008.
